Holistic has been developing websites since 2003 but under the Holistic Research & Development division. However, as part of the rebranding exercise in 2008, the need was felt to group the web design and web application development divisions under the newly created Holistic Websites division. The primary reason for this move was one of specialization - Holistic Websites would specialize in web design and development while Holistic Software would focus on the development of major software applications.
Holistic Websites is further split into two sub divisions - Holistic DotNetMushroom which is the division where web design and web application development takes place and DotComAndMore - which handles web services such as web hosting and domain registration. Through DotComAndMore Holistic has acquired and now fully manages its own dedicated Microsoft IIS servers which are located in the US.
Through DotNetMushroom, Holistic IT Group started offering for the first time off the shelf DotNetNuke skins and modules for sale. Currently, these skins are being offered for sale on the largest DotNetNuke Marketplace - Snowcovered.
The flexibility of the DotNetNuke framework which is backed by an ever growing online community and our continued commitment in research and development has enabled us to develop a wide range of websites and web applications - from catalogue websites to shopping gateways to intranet systems.
This expertise has also enabled us to offer custom DotNetNuke skins and modules as well as complete DotNetNuke - based websites. Furthermore, Holistic has been a Microsoft Certified Partner for a number of years - something which has also enabled us to keep at the forefront of web technology.
